A document, on file from the registry of deeds, by which the residence, the description of which happens to be supplied in said document, is mortgaged, leased or encumbered, or an authenticated copy of mentioned document showing that its initial had been registered; andSome other document which, while in the judgment with the courtroom, is ample an
